When you submit your email address through any form on this site — including the newsletter signup on the homepage — you are giving The Natural Sleep Lab permission to email you. By providing your email and checking the consent box, you agree to receive:

• Editorial updates, new articles, and curated reading from The Natural Sleep Lab
• Promotional emails from us about our content, products, and services
• Emails from our affiliate partners — sleep, breathing, and recovery brands we partner with from time to time

How we use your email

We use your email for the purposes above. We do not sell email addresses to third parties for unrelated marketing. We do share email addresses with our affiliate partners where you have consented, so that they can send you related content and offers.

How to unsubscribe

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. Click it and you are removed from our list within 72 hours. You can also email us directly at hello@thenaturalsleeplab.com with the subject line "UNSUBSCRIBE."

Unsubscribing from our list removes you from our communications. To unsubscribe from an affiliate partner's communications, use the unsubscribe link in their email.

Affiliate disclosure

The Natural Sleep Lab participates in affiliate marketing programs with select sleep, breathing, and recovery brands. We earn a commission when you purchase through certain links on this site, at no additional cost to you. Our affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content. We recommend products we use ourselves and would recommend without compensation.

Data security

Email addresses are stored securely with our email service provider. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. We retain your email address until you unsubscribe.

Children's privacy

The Natural Sleep Lab is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect email addresses from minors. If you believe we have collected an email address from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy
