The Natural Sleep Lab is an editorial publication covering sleep science, nasal breathing, circadian rhythm, HRV & recovery, sleepmaxxing, and performance. Every article is written under a single editorial voice with research citations and named labs/studies — not testimonial fluff.

Editorial standards
Every article on the site adheres to five rules:
- Name the study being cited (not "studies show")
- Name the researcher when possible (not "experts agree")
- Admit when research is thin
- Only recommend products we actually use
- Disclose affiliate relationships clearly
For brand partnerships, this means: we can't promise a positive review before we've tested the product. What we promise is that the review will be specific, sourced, and honest — which is why our audience trusts our recommendations.
What we won't do
- Hidden sponsorships — sponsored content is labeled clearly
- Paid positive reviews — outcomes are not guaranteed
- "10 reasons why your product is amazing" listicles
- Dangerous recommendations (e.g., mouth tape for diagnosed sleep apnea)
- Competitor disparagement on commission
- Backlink-only deals
Rates
All rates listed are fixed — same for every partner. We don't negotiate per-deal. Multi-placement and quarterly partners get the bundle pricing below.
Launch partner pricing — locked through 2026. These rates reflect our launch year. Any contract signed in 2026 locks at these rates for its full duration, even after standard rates increase. Brands onboarded now are getting the floor price they will never see again.

Commission-based, no upfront fee. We add affiliate links only when (a) the product is one we use or would use, (b) it meaningfully solves a problem we cover, and (c) our audience overlaps with the brand's buyers. Standard category commission rates apply (5-20% depending on product).
